Knaresborough Town Museum

Knaresborough Museum Association (KMA) is a community run charity working hard to establish a new museum that will showcase Knaresborough’s geology, archaeology and social history and complement existing provision.

The charity is run entirely by volunteers who range in age from 16 to 85. Our mission is to enhance the lives of local people by engaging with them in heritage related activities and to add value and enjoyment to the visitor attractions in Knaresborough.

KMA are now based at 8 York Place, Knaresborough HG5 0AA open to the public from early March 2023. For more information on KMA and our exhibits, please be in contact.
